Page 18: Freddy began his speech, "Once I was overweight, but that was because I ate unheathy and didn't listen to my mom. But when other kids in the class laughed at me, I blamed myself. I tried to fix my shape and my weight to play with my friends again. I set goals to become healthier in a few months and my mom helped me do this by buying me a new bike. The lesson here was to have junk food only once in a while and to listen to your mom."(pic: Freddy reading his speech to his classmates)

Page 19: After Freddy finished his speech he got a standing applause. Everyone was so proud of all that he had done. Freddy knows to always stay healthy from now on. (pic: Freddy with a smile)
